Happy Birthday Kailey

Kailey wanted to spend her 5th Birthday up at my in-law's cabin.  Of course it had to be a Bolt Birthday.  She said it was "the best Birthday ever!" It was a lot of fun and relaxing.  I  just wish I had more pics to show of it.  I am still missing my other memory card :(  It must still be up at the cabin.  Anyway,  here are a few of the pictures...

What cute pictures of Kailey. It is amazing how much that little girl LOVES dogs. Right now, it's all about dogs for her. I can't believe she actually wanted a little kennel to keep her toy dogs in because Chico, our little dog has one. Also she reminds me all the time that "Chico misses me." Actually, I think he does because he gets so excited whenever Kailey and the kids come over. Then Kailey takes over, and that dog belongs to her the whole time she's here at our house.
Funny little girl. A lot of Cortney in her.

How I miss Princess Kailey! I'm glad she had a great birthday. Wonderful pictures! I did have a great time playing with them, but in my defense, let me just say that I would have played a better game of kickball had I worn proper shoes! I would not have been such an easy out and the kids,even Gavin, wouldn't have out run me so easily! tee hee! Glad you asked about the cookies... Did any of them make it home? No. And why not? Because Randy is like you about your cookies the way you are about ice cream. For one reason we stayed an extra day than we planned to, to clean the condo. So that gave Randy an extra day to have your cookies at his discretion. He ate four for breakfast and got a sugar rush. Don't feel sorry for him. Plus, I kept finding a crumb trail as I was feverishly trying to clean. Feel sorry for me. He then began sneaking them into his mouth as he stood over the kitchen sink, hoping I won't catch him. More sugar rushes...said he need the extra strength for working...ha. As we left for Utah, I look at this measly plate of four and one half cookies. I ask him where the other cookies were. I want to share some with my Mother. "What other cookies?", he says. "That's it? That's all of them?", I asked VERLY politely. He proudly states, "Yep! Besides, your mother shouldn't eat these because of her health." [How's that for justification?] And then he informs me that the cookies are his, and that he needs the remaining cookies for strength on the drive home! He gave me the half cookie...generous, huh? Sooo, my dear daughter, I wish to thank you for ALL of those cookies. Randy, definitely, thanks you.

P.S. The picture of Kailey and Brooke with the dandilions remind me of Caleb and McKell. Caleb would pick each of us out one, and then we would shake the seeds all over! [sorry about my printing errors. I'm at work and in between trucks I've been trying to post.] Tell Jake you've got another huge one!

I'm sharing your blog with Randy right now and he admits to eating the majority of the cookies, but he wants you to know that he didn't get away with it that easy. He says that sneaking them at times was a bit difficult. Kailey finally got her BIG Bolt we see!
The cake was darling, too. {Be glad that Darci wasn't there. You know how she is about cake!}
