Oatmeal for Mommy

Just some more everyday moments that I adore and want to remember...
Gavin loves it when I make him oatmeal for breakfast. He likes the instant, but LOVES when I make it on the stovetop for him. It is his favorite meal. I found it adorable that he was pretending (along with Ashlyn) to make some oatmeal for me today.
He also had to blow on it for me since it was "too hot".
Silly girl! Playing peek-a-boo through the oven door.

Those photos are so cute! I love the one of Ashlyn looking thru the oven door. It's so cute that Gavin would pretend to make you some oatmeal. Shows you how much he loves his mommy.
Cute post. Thanks.

Those are adorable pictures!! I love that Gavin had to blow on it for you, so sweet. And Ashlynn sure is growing up and so cute! Where did you get that kitchen set because I want to get one for McKell for her 3rd birthday. Like I've told you she's become my little helper in the kitchen lately. Last night she pulled a chair up by the stove and helped me make shrimp alfredo. She put the noodles in, stirred the sauce, and put the shrimp in the pan. She insisted on doing it all. It was so cute! Love it when kids act out things you do (sometimes it can be good or bad! tee hee).

I love it! What precious moments...thanks for sharing! I love when they mimic things we do...Gripp told me to be careful when we were in the church parking lot, to watch for cars. It's precious when they care! ;o)
