We are so grateful and blessed to have our sweet baby girl here! The kids are so happy I was able to bring her home today. I am also looking forward to a nights rest without nurses popping in all hours of the night to check vitals. In fact, I am going to head off to bed right now, but I just wanted to post a few pics that I know you're anxious to see. I will post more later. I need to take some with her eyes open. Kailey gets so excited when she opens her eyes and "smiles" at her. I don't think she believes me when I tell her that its gas. :)

OK, so this isn't quite fair, because we have already seen her and held her, but I have to say again how beautiful that little baby is. Pictures almost don't do her justice. She is so sweet and fresh from heaven. And to see the way Jake and Kailey look at her is just precious. You can see how proud they both are to be big brothers and sisters again. They love their little sister Ashlyn. And you did great, Cortney. I just can't believe how lucky we are to be grandparents and have so many beautiful grandchildren. A thanks to all of you kids for that.
Congrats! I want to take her pictures! I haven't done a newborn shoot in a while and I'm itching to do one, especially a little girl. Let me know if you're interested. I usually try to do them under 2 weeks old. It would mostly be for me, trying out new poses and different editing. I would just give you the cd with the best ones so you can print them. Let me know!
Oh, she's so precious! I love those pictures of her, but especially of her small feet!! I love baby feet. I wish we could hold her right now! I'm so glad things went well. Yeah for being home and getting back to "normal". Congrats again and we love you guys! Welcome baby Ashlyn, we can't wait to meet you in person!!

Beautiful pictures! How precious! The third picure looks exactly like you! I'll have to show you the picture I have of you that was taken at the hospital when you were born. WOW! It's like looking at you at this age all over again! When is her baby blessing? We may come then for I might not be able to wait until May!
