Justin thinks he is so funny by taking pics with his phone of his muscles and then sending them to me. Ha ha! Hilarious. What is even more hilarious is when I catch him flexing and admiring himself in the mirror when he thinks I'm not looking! Oh puleez (gag).
I think he might even be more vain than me now. lol!Okay...so I'll admit that effort of getting up at 5:00 every morning is starting to pay off. ;)

That is funny how he sends you pictures, but I know how good I feel when I workout and like to see results too. I'm impressed that he's that dedicated!
Okay, that is funny! "When are you gonna drop Magnum on us buddy?" "You gotta tame the beast before you let it out of it's cage!" (Zoolander). That is dedication and it is inspiring when you start to see the results from your hard work! Keep it up brother! Way to go!
So I haven't checked your post as often as I should, and was looking to see if you had a picture of Gavin with his latest mishap. And BAM! There was Justin with his guns. It does take a lot of effort and dedication. But now it's showing. I still remember when some high school girls past me and yelled, "nice butt" when we were living in Utah. I was in my early forties, and was standing to climb up a hill somewhere on Redwood Drive. They had no idea how old I was because, helmet, sunglasses, and no gray hair in my beard then, they probably though 30 something. Anyway, it was great to know my effort was paying off. So to Justin, NICE GUNS!!
